Company History

WB Properties was founded in 1999 in Greensboro, NC by Brian & Wendy Smith. In the first few years the company was based around purchasing single family homes, renovating them and using them in the Triad NC rental market. Due to their early job experiences in the multi-family, apartment & production built construction, accompanied with the sales and marketing experience that came shortly thereafter, WB Properties evolved to where it is today.

WB Properties of North Carolina, LLC and WBP&C are registered full service residential real estate companies, offering the ability to build & market condominiums, town homes, and single-family homes. To date the company has chiefly been involved in the construction, marketing, sales, owners association and property management of Planned Unit Developments (PUD), as well as general real estate brokerage activities.
